SpendCheck is now live on the App Store

This is the first app out of MyiLabs, and honestly, it started with a very ordinary frustration. I wanted to know where my money actually went each month, without handing my bank logins to some service, syncing everything to a cloud, or wading through an app cluttered with ads and upsells. I couldn't find one that felt simple and private at the same time. So I built it.

SpendCheck is a straightforward expense tracker with one firm rule: your data stays on your phone. There's no account to create, no server behind it, no analytics, and no ads. Nothing you log ever leaves your device; which means nobody, including me, can see your spending.

- Log an expense in seconds with a fast, bank-app-style keypad.

- Track expenses, refunds, and investments separately, so moving money into a brokerage never gets counted as "spending."

- Snap a photo of a receipt and its text becomes searchable later; handy for hunting down that cryptic item from a long receipt.

- Set up recurring entries (weekly, monthly, or annual) so subscriptions and renewals log themselves.

- See clean weekly and monthly totals, with a breakdown by category and by business.

- Export your full history to a CSV anytime.

For a finance app, "private" can't be a marketing line; it has to be how the thing is actually built. SpendCheck stores everything locally using Apple's on-device database. There's no backend for me to secure because there isn't one at all. On the App Store, its privacy label simply reads "Data Not Collected," and that's the plain truth.
